Female Entrepreneur<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A collection of articles on women entrepreneurs is the primary objective of this research subject. Diversity in context and theories could vary by gender role. Scholars maintain that feminist perspectives theories are necessary to provide some insights into understanding the phenomena. This paper aims to take interviews and research data on women entrepreneurs’ growth aspirations, write feminist theories, and to provide alternative perspectives for understanding why women behave differently, when adapting to their reduced growth aspirations. Gender inequality and female entrepreneurship are key factors in economic development. The papers included in this Research Topic have adopted a wide variety of perspectives, feminist styles of paintings, and methodologies. It is in artwork by using 10 paintings with their feminist art style. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Title: Against Racism- Become Human<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cGood hair, light skin, you must be smart; if you\u2019re black, you\u2019re dark-skinned, you\u2019re ugly.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That happens. This started with slavery when they divided the house, and it\u2019s still a part of today\u2019s society and things that we battle with\u201d\u2014Rapsody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skin color has influenced our social interactions and societies in profound and complex ways. Its story illustrates the complex interplay of cultural influences that defines and distinguishes our species. In my class, I was a dark-pigmented student. The dark color was decided by some of my classmates and a few of my relatives. I didn\u2019t understand fully why my relatives avoided talking with me, but I realized that it embarrassed me. Some years later, I learned that in the minds of my father and mother, dark skin had many shades of meaning and some were better than others. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Quilt Generation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The notion of the generation gap has existed for a long time but over recent years it has become more prominent in our society and is now being seen and addressed as a major problem of our society. The generation gap as stated by definition is considered as a difference between personal choices, opinions, and perceptions of different generations which leads to conflicts and gaps between family members. It affects not just relations but also day-to-day activities, due to the advancement of new technologies and the lack of communication between the younger generation and the older one. The generation gap has created a rift in familial relationships. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several efforts and studies have been made to understand the main causative factors of this issue, and to try to find some solutions to somehow reduce its growing hold over the rising conflicts between different generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The artwork takes a view of social, and cultural issues.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

In the current times of reimaging the past and the theory of the future, as we lead towards realizing the values of humanity and gender equality, art becomes a definite mirror to the process. The event of art enables us to talk on behalf of the forbidden and reveal to the viewer the importance of mankind.
The geographical shift also gives us the liberty of expanding the limitations of art and the gender of the artist as a part of the travel. Coming from a restricted society where art has perfect definitions, the aim is to express human expression in revised technique. The female figure which has many perspectives faces no restriction with the change of geographical borders.
